What happens to my unused credit if I cancel?
If you can, before a 12-month period, unused credit is refunded upon cancellation, there will be deductions for any ‘benefit’ amounts you received as part of the membership during your period of membership, in accordance with the Membership Terms & Conditions.
Does membership guarantee I can have any treatment?
No. All treatments remain subject to clinical assessment, suitability and professional judgement.
Can I use my credit on anything in the clinic?
Credit can only be used for treatments or services that are clinically appropriate at the time of booking.
